The Old Kent Barn between Canterbury and Folkestone, is a family run wedding venue offering the very best experience and facilities for a truly magical wedding day. With two magnificent oak framed barns  in two acres of beautiful gardens The Old Kent Barn was designed from the beginning with beautiful weddings in the Kent countryside in mind, and ensure this is the perfect place to say “I do”. The outdoor white gazebo is stunning and has recently had the seating area for guests updated for maximum comfort and style for outdoor weddings in Kent.

We really love that there is a sound system playing music throughout the gardens, barn and reception area both during the day and at night – and may not seem like that big a deal but were actually blown away by the difference this makes for setting a real ambience both before and during wedding ceremonies.

The fairy lights have been tastefully installed to make sure the Old Kent Barn looks magical even after dark, and with the right photographer can make stunning ‘wow wedding images’!

Most importantly, weddings at the Old Kent Barn are guaranteed ‘exclusive use’ of the entire venue which means this really is the ideal setting for both large weddings and the more intimate smaller wedding ceremonies in Kent..
