We are absolutely thrilled to finally share the breathtaking wedding photos of the incredibly lovely Thomas and Rubie! Their journey from school friends to soulmates culminated in a spectacular celebration at the Lythe Hill Hotel, Spa & Wedding Venue in the heart of Surrey, and we had the immense privilege of capturing every magical moment.

Thomas and Rubie’s story is one of serendipity and heartwarming connection. Though they attended the same school, their paths didn’t truly converge until years later, brought together by mutual best friends. It was at a wedding where Thomas was the best man and Rubie a maid of honour that their own love story began to beautifully unfold. This kind of organic connection is what makes documentary wedding photography so special, allowing us to capture the genuine joy of a couple truly meant to be.

The proposal itself was the stuff of dreams! Thomas chose the iconic romance of Central Park in New York to ask Rubie to be his wife – a moment etched forever in their memories and now beautifully complemented by their Surrey wedding photography.

Their wedding day at Lythe Hill Hotel, Spa & Wedding Venue was simply perfect. Both Thomas and Rubie enjoyed a relaxed start, getting ready on-site at the luxurious venue from around 9 am. These early hours provided wonderful opportunities for capturing intimate bridal and groom preparation photography, full of anticipation and excitement.

The ceremony, held at 1 pm, was a deeply moving occasion, followed by a delightful wedding breakfast. The elegant settings of Lythe Hill Hotel provided a sophisticated backdrop for their guests to celebrate, dine, and share in the couple’s happiness.

One of the highlights for us as Surrey wedding photographers was capturing Thomas and Rubie’s creative portraits.
