The Castle Westenhanger Wedding Venue in Kent is a castle wedding venue situated in fourteen acres of magnificent Kentish countryside. Both Romantic and breathtaking, The Castle Westenhanger is a medieval fairytale dream location to be married. Located near the historic market town of Hythe, the castle has been connected to many notable figures throughout history, including Henry VIII and Queen Elizabeth I!

Boasting endless ‘photo opportunities’, The Castle Westenhanger is well-known for its dramatic firework display above the ruins of Rosamond’s Tower before dancing the night away with your guests in the permanent Marquee.

Jo & Darren’s Amazing Wedding At The Castle Westenhanger | Kent Wedding Venue

Jo & Darren were so excited to be married at this fantastic wedding venue with a cosy winter wedding surrounded by a large number of family and friends. Not too many couples’ portraits were requested with family and friends photos being the order of the day! Unlike other photographers we were more than happy to follow this request as we are very aware it is the couples’ day and not the wedding suppliers! We spoke in detail at the timeline meeting about the kind of wedding Jo & Darren were wanting and as such were able to achieve and deliver precisely the images wanted, with that signature laid back and classy style Mykey Day Photography is praised for!
